Georgetown 7th Annual Open-Air Europeam Market, April 23, 2010

Celebrate the arrival of spring at the 7th Annual Georgetown French Market - Georgetown's signature open-air European market featuring over 30 merchants.
The shops, cafes and galleries of the charming Book Hill neighborhood (Wisconsin Avenue, between P Street and Reservoir Road) come alive with superb savings and live entertainment. Enjoy crepes, grilled merguez, French breads and pastries, cheeses, and more from premier Georgetown cafes and restaurants. Whimsical mimes, a juggler, a caricature artist, a balloon sculptor and fun arts and crafts will delight children of all ages.
The French Market will host BabyLove DC's "Baby Gear and Clothing Drive" on Saturday, April 24 to benefit mothers and kids in DC's inner city. And, be sure to get your signature French Market eco-friendly tote bags ($2) which are available now at participating stores, and will also be available at the event. 100% of tote bag sale proceeds go to BabyLove DC.
